CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • CrossFit is our staple program. It is a strength and conditioning class comprised of a variety of functional movements and modalities, formulated to develop overall strength and conditioning.

  • A high intensity, cardio-focused class to get your heart pumping and your body sweating!
    Expect to use the rowers, bike-ergs, ski-ergs, echo bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes etc.
    No complex technical movements - no barbells, no gymnastics - all gas!

    Sweat class will then be followed by a 20 minute CrossFit gymnastics-focused movement break down and practice.

  • "All-in" Class (CrossFit + Sweat Style program) performed in teams of 2-4. A high energy class where AM + PM members get together and work in teams to complete the team-work focused workouts.

  • Allocated OPEN time slots for independent extra workouts, technique development/practice or time to catch up on missed programming. A Coach will be present at all times to ensure your safety and to answer any questions you may have.
