    We provide high-quality coaching that prioritises correct form, safety, and steady progressions, guided by passionate coaches who are invested in ensuring you receive the best care and support throughout your fitness journey.

    The programming is fully taken care of, allowing you to simply show up and focus on putting in the effort, while our dedicated coaches provide the guidance and motivation you need.

  • Coach-led classes

    Every class is led by a coach who will guide you through every aspect from the class brief and warm-up, to demonstration and breakdown, strength and skill training, conditioning, and cool down. You can expect to receive personal support across all aspects of the class.

  • Fully equipped functional facility

    Our facility is a fully equipped functional gym, featuring wall rigs for squatting and gymnastics, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, climbing ropes, pegboards, multi-cable machines and a variety of cardio machines including the rower, ski-erg, bike-erg, echo bike and assault runner, allowing us to offer you workouts with endless variation possibilities.

    CrossFit is a lifestyle-focused program designed to increase overall health and fitness to prepare you for anything that life throws at you.

    The workouts are Constantly Varied, High Intensity, and consist of Functional Movements.

  • CONSTANTLY VARIED

    Constant variation combines weight training, gymnastics, and endurance conditioning with the goal of preparing the body for the unpredictable demands of daily life, sport and other hobbies

  • HIGH INTENSITY

    Intensity is measured by how much work can be done in less time. It challenges the individual to step outside their comfort zone, dig deep and work hard.
    Levels of intensity vary from person to person. Appropriate doses of intensity ensure safety and bring about the best results in building a persons work capacity

  • FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS

    Functional movement training incorporates everyday actions like squatting, running, pushing, pulling, and lifting in order to enhance strength, mobility and performance in everyday activities outside of the gym

  • Whether you're an average Joe who's looking to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle, an aspiring athlete to increase performance, or seeking a competitive edge, a coach will always be available to help make adjustments to ensure movements and workouts are suitable for you.

  • No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. Every workout is infinitely scalable, and designed to help you succeed, improve your fitness, and move you toward your goals.

  • Come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and closed-in shoes. Don't forget to bring a towel and something to drink - drinks are also available in the vending machine - along with a can-do attitude, You've got this!

  • Classes are led by a coach from start to finish. Each class begins with a session brief, followed by a warm-up, a strength or skill component, conditioning and then a cool down, concluding with a well-deserved round of high fives to celebrate the hard work we've all accomplished.
    The whole class will complete the same session with the coach helping each individual to make necessary adjustments to suit each persons experience and abilities.

  • Injuries can be frustrating, and staying still isn't always the best approach to recovery. As long as you have been cleared for training by a qualified practitioner, we encourage you to return to physical activity as soon as possible. You can train with us! Our coaches will help you make the necessary adjustments to ensure you stay safe while making progress.

  • We offer a wide variety of options to suit different goals and schedules. From casual options starting from $25 and on-going membership options starting from $40 per week.

    There are no set up fees, no start up fees, and no contracts.
